CONSERVATION AND ENHANCEMENT

Preserving and enhancing the long-term environmental health of the region is
central to the PODS mission. We will create and maintain active conservation

and restoration programs, promote the establishment of a wide variety of

conservation areas, and serve as a hub for sharing information and knowledge
with decision-makers to inform economically viable land-use strategies.

are engaging citizens, that are educating children, that are out there on the
water, seeing things and sharing those things, we won’t be able to preserve the
fantastic biodiversity that we have along the British Columbian Coast”
